Refund Policy

1. Overview

All sales are final after 30 days. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, or exchange except where legally required.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and are subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The course or digital content has not been substantially accessed, viewed, downloaded, or completed.
  • The request is not related to buyer’s regret, change of preference, scheduling conflict, or similar non-product issues.
  • No part of the material has been used in a manner inconsistent with our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, particularly where significant course consumption has occurred.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Gift cards
  • Live sessions or event bookings
  • One-to-one mentoring, coaching, or other personalized services

Exceptions may be granted only where required by governing law.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit your request using our official contact form here. Your request must include:

  • name and email used for the purchase
  • order number
  • date of purchase
  • reason for refund request

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Requests without the required information will not be processed.

EU/UK Customers and Digital Content

For customers in the EU or UK: by accessing or beginning to stream the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that the service has begun and you waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Some financial institutions may require additional time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.


5. Exchanges

In certain cases, we may permit an exchange of one course for another. Exchanges are offered solely at our discretion and only if content access thresholds have not been exceeded.


6. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges to any individual who demonstrates repeated refund behavior, attempts to exploit course access, or otherwise abuses this policy.
